Experienced and Creative Professional Organizer
My name is KIM ORLANDO. I specialize in Residential De-Cluttering, Downsizing, Organizing and Space Planning. My background in Interior Design and Set Decoration helps me to create a functional and aesthetically pleasing space. In your busy life, not being able to find what you need right away isn’t just an inconvenience, it is costing you time, money and energy.

Why I Became a Professional Organizer
Some time ago, I moved my parents out of their home of 53 years into a contemporary condo. They were not minimalists, to put it lightly. Dad’s work bench was an archeological dig, and Mum still had every greeting card she had ever received.
I knew it was necessary to honor my parents' design choices and keep items of functional and sentimental value, but I had to streamline for the new space. I had to be understanding that this was an emotional experience for them.
I packed and coordinated the physical move, measured all of their furniture, measured the new space, and created a Space Plan so it was easy for the movers to unload. I unpacked and decorated the new space so that it was all familiar and felt like home.
